Spare ribs

  This one is a former pork butcher shop in Saint Pierre le moutier. This little town used to be a stop on the  pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela, as well as ( much later..) a resting place on the legendary Nationale 7, the road leading holidaymakers from Paris to the French Riviera. (some small-scaled sister of  Route 66....)
